TSO Moulds or a car to take moulds from!

I am trying to find out what happened to the TSO moulds after the cars etc were sold off........ Does anyone know who has them, or has a car a mould could be taken from. Every attempt to find them so far has ended in a dead end......any help is appreciated, Gary

Half Shaft Flange

Getting desperate to find a replacement wheel flange for a Salisbury 7HA - tapered bore. 1 of mine got seriously damaged in trying to remove it. 40 ton press and reddish hot and it still did not break off the taper + keyway.

Mantara radiator cooling fan wiring - relays

Hi,

I am replacing the radiator fans on my 1996 Mantara 3.9V8. The existing setup seems to use three (!@@!@%) relays involved in switching the fans. I have worked out that the centre one seems to be the main relay, but I can't work out what the other two do or why they are needed. They all 'click' when the temp sensor operates, but only the centre one seems to be needed to turn the fans on.
Does anybody know why the other two are needed and what part they play? I...

Axle Location

Whilst the refurbed axle is in the car, what is the correct location of it?

Obviously central about the chassis members controlled by the chassis/panhard rod being eqi distant, but what about the angular position as both my upper radius rods are adjustable. Is the prop shaft flange vertical? or the horizontal axis of the diff parallel to the chassis member or what? Any ideas?

Saw last night on ITV channel "Rod Stewart - For One Night Only"

and at 7.55 minutes in there was a video of him driving his white Marcos reg No NFJ634G, wonder if that car is still around and if so whether the current owner knows it's history, I did read somewhere that the reason he left to go solo was so he could earn more to buy a Marcos.

Working carbon fibre

Does anyone have any experience of working carbon fibre? I am making a new dash of the stuff. Cutting circular holes is easy enough with a hole cutter but I need to cut some curves. I have tried various saws but they don't last long! I believe the professionals use lasers.

Someone suggested the dust maybe a health hazard. Anyone know anything about this?
