For those of you who might get bored this Saturday morning 10th October Specialised Paint work will have an open morning with bacon rolls and coffee until midday. They are behind the Porsche garage at Calcot (Just off M4) and work on Marcos, #@+, Lotus, Morgans and can basically rebuild cars.

They are also the company who resprayed my Marcos for me so I would recommend them!

A few Marcos owners enjoyed the day at Brooklands, so I thought I'd bring the latest Sunday Service to people's attention.

This sunday it's at the Rolls Royce factory at Goodwood.

We will have 14 cars showing Marcos through the years to celebrate our 50th Anniversary

This will finish a great year in style as we are pulling out all the stops to make this a very special stand and to show off our great cars and the history of Marcos.

We meet at 8.00pm on the third Friday night of every month at the White Swan in Ash (near Brands Hatch), but since Prescott there has been a lot of discussion about moving it to Sunday lunchtimes as it is difficult (if not impossible) for some to get there on a Friday evening. The usual attendees are split, with only half wanting to change to Sundays lunchtimes. So just for a while to see how it goes, we are holding two meets a month - one on the third Friday as usual and one on the second...

I just got the letter for this year´s Goodwood Revival event.
Marcos Fastback 1500 ( chassis 3012) will be racing in the Fordwater Trophy.

Classics and Supercars on the Green Meet - Sunday 20th September 2009

Another large gathering of classics /modern supercars bikes/and commercials (plus a steam fair) is scheduled for above date from 10.00am to 5pm at Croxley Green , nr Watford Herts.

So far there are at least 4 or 5 Marcos owners planning to attend and as its the 50th Anniversary year thought it would be nice to see if more owners would want to join us in keeping the celebration of the marque going at this event.

Free track time at silverstone 06/09/09

I have a couple of passes for Trax at Silverstone on Sunday.

Also included will be 20min track time on the GP circuit ( please make sure your car is up for this as 20mins on the circuit with all those supercars will take it out on your car )

You also get to park your car on the supercar stand at the event.

Sorry it's late but they have only just sent me the extra passes.

BRITCAR at SNETTERTON this weekend Saturday 29th August
