a ls1 ls7 engine?????  i reckon its the original engine for the car did it come from a corvett?? etc etc just so i can get the right oil filter for it. thanks ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ If fitting an LS engine, the most sensible option is to fit a Tremec gearbox / bellhousing combo from any of the American rwd cars that use this engine. Or
even from the Australian Holden versions. Or indeed the Vauxhal Monaro....

But getting a gearbox from an American &quot;pull out&quot; isn&#39;t that difficult at the moment. You can even buy a complete engine/gearbox combo with the
ECU wires and sensors for a small amount of dollars ($2500-3000)

moment. One at David Gerald Sportscars in Worcs (An ex demonstrator) and one at Hexam Horseless Carriages in Northumberland (a customer&#39;s car).</p> ]]></description>
