Appreciate if anyone can help? I've got gas struts that keep my boot open without aid (or used to). Since fitting a high-level brake light, the boot lid now seems to be too heavy for the struts to cope with. I'm hoping part of the reason is that they are old and have lost some of their pressure. Does anyone know what they are from? Or are they not standard to Marcos and mine is unique? I can't check any details because most of the info (part number and maybe company name/logo has rubbed off). There are loads on ebay and quite a few companies that specialise in them so, if I knew what I should be looking for, they should be easy to replace. Extended they measure (including the body) 400mm approximately.
