Many thanks to everyone for donating to the whip round for the Sporting Bears charity , much appreciated . Don`t know exact final figures yet but it looks like
we raised about £3000.00 in total on the day which is not bad as the whole event seemed a bit quiter than previous years.
Good to see everyone again, pity our 5 minutes of fame in the arena was when most ofter the punters had gone home ! Probably been bored witless by far to much drivel about Honda 2000`s etc etc or am I just biased ? See you at Silverstone, Prescott etc. Regards, Mike. |

well, I had one of those weird moments, I heard an interview over the tannoy with a chap called Marcus (or is it Marcos?) from the club, so going back to the
gazebo I asked Marcus about his interview which he denied doing, so after a few strange looks between us and a couple of hours going bye guess who pops up ?
it's the other Marcus (or is he really Marcos). Is there a strange attraction for people called Marcus to own a Marcos ? why is it I own a Martina the truth is out there eh Well as the comentator said, could have been worse, could have been called Austin |

Hi there, Congratulations to you all for putting on a great display as part of Supercar Sunday. There were some stunning cars on display inc Paul's
gorgeous LM600 road car and a very nice Mantis GT. I took some pics of the cars arriving which are below and also some of those on display which I will post
later.

GREAT pics. Finally proof that I am a lot taller than I look - I am the only one with a whole head above the steering wheel (and no booster
too)! Is there a strange attraction for people called Marcus to own a Marcos? Err... well yes actually. I did two Dream rides and the second was for a young lad called Marcus who chose the car for it's name, think we have a
budding future owner! In fact, several people who were impresed at the affodability of a Marcos - one lady went off to pursuade her husband to sell one of his
Vipers so she could buy a Marcos... believe it when I see it! However, after seeing the T60 I would not be unhappy to be called Lola!

but they nearly wrecked it too; one of them lost control trying to drift and nearly wiped
out the stunt bikes & Russ Swifts cars - missed by less than an inch.
That's why they were telling us all to behave when we went into the arena. However, the man-on-the-mike (is he called Mike?) was encouraging
