A weekend not to be missed, with a long distance Britcar GT race,
Superkarts, Formula 3 and the National Formula Ford 1600 Championship
amongst the many attractions.
Highlight of the two days will be the 90 minute Britcar GT and Production
Championship race. Britcar has been one of the success stories of UK
motorsport in recent years encompassing classes for all kinds of machinery
from the ubiquitous BMW M3 to the spectacular Moslers and lots more in
between.
The Superkarts have four races over the two days, a pair each for the
British Superkart and National Superkart Championships. These little
monsters will be almost as fast as the single seaters in the two races for
the BRSCC Formula 3 Championship, whilst the National Formula Ford 1600
race will provide an opportunity for the local runners in our own Melton
Concrete Products supported FF1600 Championship to show their talents
against the cream of the country's top Formula Ford pilots.
Still some of the best sounding cars on the road and track are the TVRs,
which have their own European Challenge catering for every king of #$!,
from the awesome 190mph Tuscans to Cerberas, Sagaris and even the older
3000M.
Completing the weekend's line up are two races for the Ford Fiesta
Challenge, an MG Metro Cup / Invitation MG race and the latest rounds of
the Circuit's Championships for FF1600, Saloons and Special GT's.
TIMES: (Sat.), Qualifying from 08.40, racing from 13.00. (Sun.) Qualifying
from 08.40, racing from 09.30

SO COME ON, MAKE THE EFFORT not only to support TOPCATS who are very
MOC/CMI friendly but to show all those Trevor owners that there are BETTER cars out there.
I know, I know, "it's only a week before the 50th anniversary" but COME ON folks, what better way of making sure YOUR Marcos is warmed up
and ready for our big event than giving it a nice long run to Castle Combe. Warren, Charlotte and the team are always pleased to see ANY Marcos owner at ANY of
the Britcar meetings and there is always a hot cup of tea or coffee for those who visit their pit garage/area. Lets face it, who doesn't like to see our
wonderful cars out doing their stuff on a race track.
