Took the Mantaray out today and the engine revs were fine on the move up to the point where the temp got up to 90 degrees - and then the 3000 rev cut off came back in - found out it was due to an erratic ecu temperature sensor, (the one with 2 pins on the nearside top of the block just behind the distributor) Got it changed this afternoon and the problem disappeared straight away - she is running so much sweeter now - I think it's been defaulting to get you home mode when warm. Had a good run about town this afternoon with several stops and starts with no more gremlins to report, getting a proper stunning noise on acceleration.
