Well as some of you know who where at the curborough rally this year saw ME go round the track in 1min 17 and richard took the Lm600 round in 1min 2!! Richard also said that the car could have given alot more but it was not feeling right and at high revs it was suffering from fuel startvation ( or something else?) and he thought the car would have easily gone under 1min and was a very potential threat to the Mantis! SO with this in mind the LM600 is booked in at Emerald next week to have a power run on a rolling road, to see what its doing and then i will very likely have a new ecu fitted and re mapped etc to get the best out of the engine in her! also it will also sort out the wiring issue i have with the loom also, this will be done in time for the 50th as If Cor Eusor does take the car up the hill, i will want teh car to be at her best. Good weekend also, well put together ( Jon Brooks) shame the concours was a poor turn out but i came second (technically 1st) as no one can ever beat Richards mantis! so i was pleased.
The car attracted plenty of looks from the public also.
