From Richard Partridge... *Quote:* Le Mans 2008 11thJuly -13th July 2008 2008 will be the 50th Anniversary and in honour of the marque you really ought to be there. We hope to arrange two laps of the circuit and obtain infield parking with a marquee. Details of bed & breakfast will be in the club magazines and posted on the forum at a later date enabling you to make your own arrangements. If you wish to add your name to the list contact Richard Partridge on 01206 860223 or email him on rjpartridge AT <replace with '@'> onetel.com The Morrisons should be in a position to provide limited bed space, with plenty of camping room to boot. Friends of theirs round the corner also run B&B, & there is additional B&B accommodation in the locale. The more of us in the area the better, to maximise 'Marcos time' both inside & outside the event itself . Richard also has his eye on decals & some flags if anyone wants to contact him re designs. Registered Member Posts: 563 Mon, 5-Mar-2007 18:27	We have made enquiries with LD Lines who have confirmed they would probably be able to offer discount for a block booking - will need to Email them with dates and numbers (obviously nearer the time) & they will be able to let us know what discount they can offer. Obviously people will be going various different routes but it is something to consider.

Registered Member Posts: 563 Tue, 12-Jun-2007 13:15	Just been checking the Le Mans Classic website and although not much detail yet for next year's event I notice that last year's event details mentions a fee of 120 Euro (presumably per car) for the parade laps. Do not have definite details as yet but thought I should just point this out.
