laps were fab, & it was a real pleasure meeting new owners (new to me at any rate) & putting some faces to Forum names.

Have to correct Isobel about the count, there were 76 Marcos's at the event, saw this one in the Paddock
and one of the highlights for me was waiting for the awards to be presented when this poor woman seemed to take a wrong turn, much to the amusement of all

Work has been hard today - our hearts and minds are still at the circuit!!!!! Thanks to Isobel for getting us all organised and Debbie and Darren for their
hospitality. It was a great weekend. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the 50th Birthday 'Do' next summer.

A BIG thanks too from me, it was FANTASTIC. A great time, some unique experiences and finally got to put a lot of faces to names to Forum names... looking
forward to Prescott next year and LM Classic the year after.

Both got safely home, around 0430, on the next LD Line ferry to Newhaven; very nice boat seemingly. Problem with the pipe to the oil pressure gauge,
eventually by-passed and back on the road. Only missed our ferry by a few minutes, due to getting caught in traffic.

Had no internet for 3 weeks now, but all the "German - Luxembourg" teams had a perfect trip back home. For the 6 continental teams we want to say
many many thanks to all the people helped to arrange the LMC 2008, especially Isobel for all the work they had with our tickets and all the things around this
event.
It was like LMC 2006 a great weekend with this year even more cars on the track and on the Bugattic circuit. Will put my pics this weekend in the internet and we have as well a video from inside the Marcos of Stefan Ferling with the laps on the circuit Saturday morning. Will try to put this in total = more than 1 hour (French organisation) in youtube and make a cutted shorter version showing the 2 circuits. Most of the Marcos you will find on this video and especially Q. heavily smoking Mantis. The Marcos Club parking was defintely too small and a bit sandy (with rain it would have been ....), but we had a worm welcome from the ACO, this was the first time we were invited and perhaps 2010 we can arrange to get a parking area on the lawns of the Bugatti-Circuit. At least I believe we were the only Club with a complete full parking area. By the way on the "Sunday video" at 1:20 you see the green Mini Marcos behind a Ferrari. We went at 5:00 AM to Mulsanne corner and could see live that this Mini Marcos could overtake the Ferrari.
